350 Swap? It's a Turbocharged Reliant with aftermarket parts. Looks like he may have converted it to rear wheel drive. Nitrous seems unlikely because he'd blow the engine, a 350 wouldn't fit in there.

Actually, it is a 2.2L 4cyl. SINGLE turbo. FWD not rear wheel drive! If you look closely, you can see that the rear tires are skinnies, and the smoke you see during the burnout is actually from the FRONT tires.
