So, after the swap, it felt like it was running pretty sluggish on the low end. I just couldn't see to figure out why, so I retraced my wiring. To my suprise, I found that I had +12 volts on both sides of the IAB harness plug. Now, I haven't been able to verify this, nor have I come across this in my research, but apparantly, the JDM p72 ecu's IAB output is a +12 volt supply, instead of a ground supply. I repinned the A17 wire to a ground, and problem solved. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I read the something like that on another website.. I'm currently using a OBD1 USDM P72, w/ a two wire sensor. One to ecu and 1 ground.

I wonder if that is the problem with b16 swaps to. I put a obd1 swap in mine and I notice at night if I have the lights on and the stereo that when I give it gas the lights dim a little. I know the alts not bad.

Seriously doubt it's the same problem with your B16, DetainedCivic, because I've never seen one with the IAB, or secondary butterflies. I'd start by checking all your chasis grounds, though. Just my .02
