Just a guess, but i'd imagine it's because if you just glance at the poll you most likely aren't actually going to vote.why did we need another one of these?
The question in the other thread would be more accurately, what rendering engine does your browser use?

wow only 2 for internet explorer? is ther esomething im missing?
Personally, i switched before IE7 came out. I really liked the tabs and the add-ons, especially ad-block. Now that firefox 3 has fixed most of the little issues with 2 it's even better. Internet explorer hasn't given me a reason to switch back at this point.
going to dl FF 3 right now, see wat the hype is about. my girl runs it, she likes it

when i was in high school we used to install firefox to get around the blocked sites
browser is so lame though, i really didnt think people actually used it in real life.
on a PC, opera is where its at. i havent had a chance to try out google chrome. but i'd like to. i hear its sweet.
i'm on a mac though, so i stick with safari. Opera for macs is really glitchy and didnt work out too well for me. i couldnt even scroll with my mouse..
waiting for google chrome to be released for macs, hopefully its not like the opera version.

my experience has covered everything. Ive had Chrome, FF, IE7 & 8, and now im on Opera. IE sits lowest on my list followed by FF, followed by Chrome and Opera is my favorite.
