Cold starts are very difficult, then after it is warm it idles at 2000 rpm then some times surges from 2000 to 1500 back up then down. Notice on the back side of the head a small coolant hose plugged and also a plug on the purge tank. Wondering if any body had l sum helpful info. Also wondering what psi my fuel pressure should be.
