00' Civic Ex O2 sensor problems.

My upstream O2 sensor broke in two and now it broke more trying to get it out of the exhausted as shown in the pics. This is on a D16Y8 with a ex 5 speed tranny. Im wondering if I can remove the upstream and downstream (shown in pics) and the catalytic converter. honestly what can I do to remove these 3 things or what do I have to do to get this fixed?? help..

I would replace both sensors since its broken. They are not that expensive, you can get them on rock auto for pretty cheap. You dont live in CA like me so catalytic converter are cheap too.
