engine upgrades before adding boost?

Hi all,
I just bought a bone stock 98 ex and i wanted to turbo it and i was wondering if i wanted to go past say 10 lbs of boost what sort of engine upgrades should i make to the internals first, this will also be my first time turboing a car and some advice or reliable parts would be very appreciated.

Then set a budget. Then set a realistic power goal within that budget. Set $500 aside for tuning alone.

With your budget and power goal in mind, this will help determine the answer to CHILDs question, which will help you get your answer.
