Brake conversion

So I want to do a disk brake conversion on my 2005 civic ex and I was wondering if I could go and pull the back disk brakes off of a 7th gen Honda and put them on my car or if I have to buy a conversion kit??

Unless you intend to damage (break) something, I believe you refer to your Brake system.

You would probably want the complete rear disk setup from a ep3, if your planning on swapping from drums to disk
