I drive a 1995 honda civic ex vtec 4dr sedan. It over heated once and wouldn't turn in so i replaced the distributor cap and then cables and spark plugs turned on beautifully for a few days it drove well but one day i parked it and turned it off. 10 minutes later i turrned it on and alot of white smoke started to comee out the exhaust and started to turn off on me now it doesnt turn on what can be wrong with it..

98% chance the head gasket is toast. When it overheated the first time you didn't address the issue, now it probably to the point where coolant is just pouring into the cylinders.

Yup and make sure you resurface the head because you probably cooked it good as well. When it overheated, you should have solved the overheating problem and then replaced the head gasket.
