Problem with my LED front left turn signal

So I recently upgraded all my lights to LEDs and my headlights to HIDs. All of them work fine (I'll probably need to install load resistors later on) except for one thing. When I turn on my headlights, the turn signal light on the left side doesn't turn on. When I turn my alarm off and on, it doesn't turn on. Yet when I put on my hazards or use my turn signal they work properly. The led turn signal on the front right side works properly in all aspects stated above. Also, I connected the old halogen light bulb I took out into the socket and the problem went away. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may be happening?

My guess is too much current draw from the HIDs. What ballast are you using? Our the load resistors in, and see what happens.

Are the HIDs and turn signal in the same circuit? I own a 96 civic ex. The resistors are not in yet. I will let you know what happens. I thought it might be the fuse?

What year is your car? I can find a wiring diagram quick.
