stereo sound quits when i put car in gear

I have a 2015 Honda civic ex . I just took it to a car audio store and had a amp n sub box installed now every once in awhile when I put the car in gear or am driving and put car in park the sound stops from all of the speakers. when I restart my car sound comes back but move the gear shift and it quits again ... the stereo store has tried multiple solutions and cant seem to figure it out ..plz help

Someone f'd up some wiring bud. Tell them to figure that s**t out.

It sounds like that place does not employ knowledgeable techs. Its obvious they wired it incorrectly. Revisit them and ask to either re-do the wiring or issue you a refund on the instalation as you'll need to go elsewhere to fix it. Make sure they dont have the same installer trying to figure it out. If they question why you feel its a wiring issue, tell them you consulted another pro-installer. They dont need more details than that.

Bring it back to the shop who installed it have them check it. Surely its a back job!
