I am new in the game and just recently purchased a 2000 civic si. I had a few questions for anyone kind enough to help. I have a slight popping noise coming from the left from but both axles were replaced a month ago what could cause this besides axles? Also the car has a full exhaust, header, and cai what would be some other optikns for performance parts? Once i figure out how to upload ill add some pictures

Is it popping when going down the road, or like when turning or when backing up and turning like out of a driveway. Second scenario is most like ball joints.

Yea i thought either that or ive heard a lot of talk about control arm bushings. Im going to check them both this weekend. It pops when i hit a bump mostly or turning at a stop

Another question is do i have to change my ecu to be able to have the car tuned? Is there no option other than an obd1 ecu?
