Newcomber qustions

Couple months back I bought a 1995 civic ex 4door hand a rod knock long story short blew it up first day I got it legal I have a new motor for it already. What's is everyone's opinion about fixing rust spots ? And would I need to do any motor work to turbo motor and what turbo kit to go with ?

You're asking very simple and basic questions that are answered multiple times on this forum alone. Learn to do some research before posting any questions, and try to write clear and coherently, Mr. New Comber. I can imagine what you hair was like before you started using combs.

Opinions on fixing rust spots? Umm, do it properly. Sand down to bare metal, primer or seal it, then paint it.

As for turbo options, research it. We have one section dedicated to it so spend a whole 10 seconds looking through the section titles and something amazing will happen.
