Well there are multiple ways to go about doing this.
First one:
use willtheyfit.com and figure out how far the wheels need to stick out, from there you also can figure out your width and offset. take into consideration that a 0 offset wheel will sit about 1cm outside of the fenders/quarter panels, hence the reason why stance people get stretched tires to fit them.
Second one:
Take your wheel off, and measure from where the stud starts (the surface that the wheel is bolted on) and see how far your wheels need to sit.
Other suggestions:
Look around and what other people have done before (lots of people want a stance set up, so look at build threads like that).

Ya, are you buying new rims or working with the offset you have?

Neither to be honest, I just like helping people out when it comes to suspension or wheel questions/set ups.
I'm not sure how much you know about offset, width, and diameter of wheels, but remember that the offset is directly related to wheel width. This means that a 8" wide wheel with +20 offset will sit closer to the body of the car compared to a 9" wide wheel with a +20 offset.

There are multiple sites that explain this and much more:
http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoWheelOffsets.do
https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=101
http://www.4wheelparts.com/tire-wheel-package-guide/wheel-offset-backspacing.aspx

Most useful websites for these calculation that I personally use are:
willtheyfit.com
tyrestretch.com (if you want to run stretch tires and see what they look like).

I know, i was asking the op what he is planning to do but being lazy and not making an essay out of it because like you said, it is easy to figure out.
