EK hatch: swap problems

I had a 97 ek hatch shell and put a b18b1 in it from a running teggy, after the swap ive have this problem that i need to spray starter fluid in the mani so itl start and once the car is fully on and drivable i have to shift b4 3000rpms dont know why!?!?. Ive change the distributor and TPS sensor and the map sensor + full tune up injectors i did too a few days ago n today the throttle body. need answers pl help

Seems like you replaced most of the things I would have if I had the problem.
Dumb question, did you change the intake filter?

No i havent also changed the ect sensor

So i hear car is in limp mode any advice on how to bypass it

Do you mean how do you check to see if there is a code, or how to check what the code means?
