Overheating

Car was overheating when I drove for 15-20 mins. Just replaced thermostat and radiator cap. Idled it for 30 mins then on a 10 min drive. I'm sceptical if it's fixed. Any other reason why it would over heat? Rule out HG. Already checked all points on that. Could the thermostat and cap really have been the problem?

Have you tried bleeding the system? Might have some air in there.
