Oil Leak Civic

Hi guys, Just purchased a civic for cheap from a friend but it has leaks. Would you guys know where the leak is coming from so I can just buy the stuff and let me mechanic change it for me?

After driving it I see fresh oil leaks in this picture, Rear main seal?

You can even see black oil splashing on the bottom bit

Bit more oil leak here, would it be the oRing in Distributor?

Very greasy here, 100% there is a Vtec Solenoid leak right?

What you guys reckon, will I have to change all these seals or you guys think its just the Vtec Solenoid ?

Thanks in advance

It might be the vtec solenoid seal so remove it to verify. Youll see its easy to replace it yourself. If its not that then it might be the cam seal at the distributor. Wipe it all off underneath the dizzy then check it after a decent drive.

Judging by how the oil seems to be running around the tranny seal, it might be that too which also means your tranny has motor oil instead of tranny fluid. You could remove the speed sensor and inspect it to see if its black oil or colored fluid, typically red.
