2 wire IACV

OK so I got a chipped OBD1 ECU but I have a y7 motor and the guy told me I need to do this in order for the ECU to work properly. The y7 uses a 3 wire idle control valve, and the obd1 ecu needs a 2 wire iacv to function properly. Does anyone know how to do this or any help? Thank you

Why don't you just use the stock OBD2 ECU for the D16Y7 engine?
Because I don't know how to chip it or tune it and I wanna keep one stock and the other one chipped just in case

That info is easy to find via the search button. Its fairly easy as there are several write ups about it. But you would have to swap the wires back when installing the Y7 ECU. Are you boosted? why the need for a chipped ECU? Just curious-
