88 civic turns over but dont start

Thi is my first build it is a 88 hatch with d15b2 engine New plugs wires alternator and distributer. Still no spark any ideas?? New to the civic world so any advice helps thanks!!

Fuel pump primes sometimes still doesnt start and i will check the other things you mentioned and get back to you

Thats not the case it only primes when the battery charger is on it and it wont turn over. But when i put the booster on it. It will turn over but the fuel pump doesnt come on

K battery was bad got a new battery and cleaned the connectors and ground but still same problem turns over but wont start.
