choosing Alloy wheels

Good afternoon ,

I am thinking of changing my original steel wheels with alloys. Apparently it increases performance and reduces fuel intake a bit?? Also want the car looking good=).

I run on 185/60/R14 , hence looking for 14 inch wheels. But a bit confused with the choice of wheel offset ( 5, 5.5J etc) . Where can I find the wheel offset information for the original wheels? I quite like the silver wheels with many spokes.

I want to continue using same tyres and retain the original width of the wheel.Hope you can point me in the right direction. Also can you please recommend me places where I can get bargains or if anyone here are selling. Many thanks

The "J" is the mounting flange type.
The number is the width of the wheel, in inches.
