    RSX sway bar fit EG?

I'm gathering parts for a full suspension build. Currently have Tein street basis coilovers (soft spring rates), darkstar subframe brace, aftermarket lower control arms, and benen front strut bar for my DelSol. I've had an ASR subframe brace and their 32mm bar on my old hatch and liked that...

From what I recall, they're a great bang for your buck and all of Teins products have a solid reputation.

    NOLAcivic's Daily friendly EJ8 build.

Hopefully that won't be the case. Were you able to exchange it since it wasn't that old? How low were you?

    NOLAcivic's Daily friendly EJ8 build.

Looks good! I had Tein Street Basis on my Civic. Minus the unfortunate event where one leaked a few months into owning, I really liked them!

    Subframe brace; Progress or ASR?

...compared to stock, and honestly not that harsh of a ride. Bumps are meh, but for the most part I never even notice. I had Tein Street Basis on my Civic, and I did not like them one bit. One blew within a couple months of me owning. I was slammed, though. I am set to recommended spec + 1/16"...

    Subframe brace; Progress or ASR?

I'd go for the Advance. That's what I ordered. They are a revamp of the old Super Street model, which I had back in the day and loved. Basis' are good as well though.

    Subframe brace; Progress or ASR?

Awesome. Tein it is then. Now, basis, or street advance... Guess it depends if I want damper adjustability lol

    Help with wheels!

I would stick with 15' I have 205/50/15 in the front and 205/55/15 in the back I'm running tein street basis lowered all the way to the bottom no rubbing or scrapping I have a pair of 17 inch rims but not worth putting them on until I do a engine swap to a k20 u could probably go to 16 inch

    XpL0d3r's RSX DC5 Type-S Thread

I can't complain. My first set of Teins on the Civic, was Street Basis. I had one of them blow within a couple months. I was slammed, though. On the RSX, I have Street Advance, and it's lowered exactly to what Tein recommended for their factory spec, plus 1/16" lower. Bumps suck. They're...

    good coilovers? strut tower brace?

agreed don't cheap out on suspension ,i dropped my em 2 on tein adjustable coil overs and haven't had a problem in fact the ride feels fairly sturdy and there is not much bouncing around going on .

    good coilovers? strut tower brace?

...$400 I spent on ebay coilovers years ago, only lasted a couple years. Then it was like driving around in a bounce house. Look into Tein Street Basis coilovers -- you can find them in the ClubCivic store here. I personally just bought the next step up, Tein Street Advance coilovers for my RSX...

Coil overs or coil over sleeves ??

I bought Tein street basis and one blew within a few months. They would only replace it if I sent it in to them to be "evaluated" to make sure it was on their end, and not due to incorrect installation. I can't drive on three wheels, so I bit the bullet and took a loss on it. Won't buy Tein...
