Holy s**t. I decided to dig up this thread to reflect back on my EJ7 and man did things change. The 240 got stolen and torched. Idk if this thread is relevant anymore but here is my current car. I went back to the civic game haha. :)

So as many of you guys know, the civic is gone. I picked up my new baby yesterday. i don't know if you guys care about this build anymore since its not a civic. But here she is.

Thank you guys! BAAAAAAAAAADDDD NEWS....I was driving on a very dark road and didn't see railroad tracks so I busted my oil pan. Does anyone know how to replace this? Is it a simple bolt on?

Hey guys, got some more questions lol. I was gonna install some interior lights and i was thinkin that i should tap into my fog lights power wire. Question is will it only be on if my fog lights are on or can i still power them without the foglights?

For some reason, we grounded the negative instant wire and it works. And yes I meant unlock button. Soo everything works BUT we decided to shorten the wires and now the whole thing is just dead. Any idea why that happened? Does shortening wires cause any harm?

Thanks man! BAD NEWS:( Got the alarm to fully work without any problems. Everything is done and we decide to shorten the wires so it would be less messy. Now the whole system just died and nothing is working anymore. Any ideas why that happened? Does shortening wires harm anything?

Yeah I have. Everything is complete. It's just one wire that's not connected and the alarm going off without stopping.
