Just checked the bulbs. They're right and both filements are in tact.

My girl has a 94 accord. I noticed to tonight while following her that when she brakes the only light that brightens is her rear window light. Her brake lights light up when her headlights are on but don't brighten. I checked the bulbs and fuse. I'm stumped on ideas and really need to get this...
