    Super loud howling screeching from turning on the fan blower.

    Not worth rebuilding them ever. Mini Coopers (1st gen) have big issues with their crazy expensive and stupid power steering pump (electric). Cheaper to swap with a good used one then to actually rebuild it.

    1995 Honda Civic D16Z6

    Agree. If you're taking everything out, a short shifter with new poly bushings would be worth your time.

    using skunk2 stage 2 p cams

    It all has to do with the valve overlap and lift. You really don't want a ton of lift for a boosted car.....but overlap could potentially help with cylinder filling. I would contact Skunk and see what the specs are on that cam, or look them up.

    2000 civic wont start

    Can you describe the smell? It is electrical in nature? I would highly recommend getting a scan tool to check any CEL codes. Sounds like you could have a short or some sort of electrical gremlin.

    decision making. I need help!

    Have to agree with you there. Never been impressed with the SRT4. The hatch gets great MPG, handles well, and has a plethora of go fast parts available. IMO, turbo that little DX. It's pretty cheap and you'll have a lot of fun doing it. Motor swaps are more involved.

    what size rims and tires will fit

    If I remember correctly, 18" with 225's is about as big as you're going to be able to get with that kind of drop. These cars were just not made to put huge wheels underneath them. If i were me, I'd stay with really lightweight 16's or 15's and go to a 245 tire......it would handle the best...

    $100 Plasti-Dip Paint Job

    Looks solid. Trying to convince my brother and his GF to do this to their 2013 WRX, as it's a lease and it would protect the paint here in CO from rock chips.
