There's four options. Buy koni sleeves, buy a koni specific ground control coilover kit, have a machine shop make them, or ghetto rig (dangerous). You could always trade the coilovers for lowering springs.

The car is clean and rims/engine are fairly rare, but it has transmission problems and needs brake work done, both could be expensive to repair. I would pass on that one, unless the seller comes down on price enough to make it worth while.

If you really wanted to save money by ghetto rigging, you could have purchased ebay coilovers for $50 or go a step further and buy Qa1 springs in the spring rate of your choice for $38 a piece.
