So here is a picture of her.

The rasp is pretty much gone. Still loud. At least I know not to take out the cat next time. Lesson learned. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

Yes, great tires for Canadian weather. Thinking of buying a set of 16 rims and new tires in a bout two months. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

I ended up getting a high flow cat and new o2 sensor( the other got fused onto the old cat by rust) Huge difference. Opened the windows and drove in a mile long tunnel at freeway speeds. Sounded really nice! No more engine light. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

New coilovers now car is bouncy, help!

So I got a set of all weather nokian tires. In between two jobs on opposite sides of the city I get to drive quite a bit. So either I got used to them or they settled, or both. Now its fun driving that car. Thanks! Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

New coilovers now car is bouncy, help!

Thanks, I adjusted the pressure to what you recommended. I feel every bump on the road more but at least the car has shorter, quick bounces, which I am getting used to day by day, and handles better. Max pressure for those tires are 51 and I have them on 41. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

Okay, I think max is 50. I was following the vehicles recommend pressure, but I guess that's for the stock tires. Thanks, I will do that. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

New coilovers now car is bouncy, help!

195/55/15 29 PSI front, 28 back. I lowered then from 32 and there was a bit of improvement. Don't want to put them lower than that. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

New coilovers now car is bouncy, help!

I tried pushing the rear corner of the car and I saw more movement from the tires flexing than the actual suspension; stiff as a board I guess. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

New coilovers now car is bouncy, help!

I understand that lower profile tire will make you feel every bump on the road. My real problem is that I get launched off my seat. The coilovers and rear lower control arms and sway bar were installed by a shop that specializes in aftermaket parts for older generation civics, acuras etc. I...

New coilovers now car is bouncy, help!

I got the height adjustable coilovers installed with new lower control arms (aftermatket) and sway bar 24mm. Now my car bounces too much on every bump. Someone suggested getting a low profile set of tires on new rims. Google is very vague on the topic. Help?! Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

That idea has crossed my mind. I do prefer the el's rear end as well. Will look into that once I get started with the body work. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

So here is a picture of her.

Struts should be good. They are less than two years old. I'll have them reinstalled and have the away bar put on as well tomorrow. My roommate installed them first upside down and did a bunch of half assed jobs on my car, until he dissed my civic and said it was s**t. I had to take it...

So here is a picture of her.

After a week, I think I'll take your advice. I had my sunroof open and drove under an overpass as I floored it on the freeway , and that horrid rasp almost overpowered everything else. Really embarrassing. I did some research on it as well and it looks promising. Thanks. Sent from my...

Okay, my tuning shop recommended a 24 mm rear sway bar so its probably overkill for a daily driver, but whatever. Im not racing that car. Thanks for the info, I am learning a lot through google and feedbacks since I decided to play with my civic. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk
