Didnt like the OEM clutch fitted to the B16 so Purchased a Stage 2 RPC clutch along with an alloy Radiator and a New JapSpeed 4-2-1 mani to make the bay look a bit nicer :) All parts fitted...

Next step was to clean the underside completely, Paint the underside with a couple coats of Kurust and the a couple coats of underseal before going for an MOT (which passed with no advisories).

Then the quarter panels where spot welded to avoid distorting the rest of the panel. Prepping for paint and then painting. (DIY paint job. but shes booked in for a full spray after christmas). After 2 and a half weeks of working every night after work till stupid oclock. The end result...

With the panels clamped in place i could then make up the inner arches to fit onto the quarter panel, removing the panel to seam weld the inners once they where spot welded in place. the tops of the inner arches then got a paint for extra protection. Only got one photo though!

After the rust had been cut out the inner arch i then measured up and cut the quarter panels out to get access into the inner arch. Then the replacement quarter panels/arches where krimped and test fitted.

Found these two chunks of Fibre glass holding my arches together at the bottom! Attacked the top of the inner arch from inside first with the welder. And now back onto the arches with the cutting disc.
