It's a Honda problem. I highly doubt there is anything you can do because it's not like fixing a broken part. That's how they are made and that's how it is "supposed" to perform.

Why not just buy an Si?

Why would somebody take all that risk and do all that work for Si wheels? When I invest more money into tires than the wheels, I would usually feel pretty secure.

Turbo. B series heads go with B series blocks. D series with D's. Single with single ect, except for F series.

Check your ignition timing.

Or... Just mildly build the GSR motor. If I'm reading correctly, he already has the motor. Why go through the hassle of selling/buying another when he can make the same power with ITR pistons and cams. Your setup seems like overkill for your goals anyway. Don't let these fools talk you out...
