Tein is very overrated. I payed 865 shipped for Koni's and custom Ground Controls (400lb frnt/450lb rear rate. They are better than Tein ever could be. They are ride height ajustable, 5 way ajustable, and the koni's have a life time warrenty. Don''t jump on the Tein JDM wannabe band-wagon. Go...

I autocross and road race an Ej8....and first off I am going to tell you that "sport springs" like Tein and RS-R springs arn't the way to go. You have a front drive car that natually understeers, and to remedy this you need to run a higher spring rate in the rear to allow the car to oversteer...

I have a 99 ex coupe with 205/50/15 azenis. I usually start around 40 in front and 35 out back. I then chalk the tires and see if they are rolling over or need less air.
