I have the SSQV I love it but mine doesnt really whistle it sounds like a semi truck releaving pressure from the brakes. That is at 22psi on the b16 and at low boost and RPMs it shuttters like CHA CHA CHA really fast. I dont know how to explain it. I am going to go with the Tial this time around...

First from knowing this path. I would say get sleeves! Then CP pistons 9 to 1 compression, pauter rods, get your crank balanced and new OEM bearings. You can make that hp on stock sleeves but I wouldnt reccomend it. This is what I think is a decent block setup. I made 357whp on my stock sleeves...

As for a biger turbo. It is still a t3/t4 but it is one sick turbo and will easily push 450whp. Is precisions SC61. That turbo is stright nuts!

I have a JDM b16a. I am currently pushing anywhere from 10 to 15 psi daily. Now when that pesky mustang pulls up I will crack it to 25psi on stock sleeves. No probs yet and it has been this way for about a year!
