Can an Underdrive pulley damage a d16?

underdriving the accesories isn't a bad idea if ur not running a juiced up sound system but the crank pulley is something you should stay away from, besides AEM doesnt manufacture the crank pulley because its not a reliable modification ... I know this because I called them myself when I was...

    so would vtec BE powerband?

ehhh stop saying powerband lol a band is a range, in this case a RPM range. Your engines powerband is its RPM capability, when you cross the peak power RPM limit a.k.a Redline you start to loose power. Vtec is part of the higher part of the Powerband, thats where your Honda makes its peak...

    Throttle response

ok I see your point but.. with a bigger tb and bigger plenum ..won't the air loose velocity cause less throttle response. What I mean by that is ...it could rev harder ( meaning more torque) but will the actually revving up take a loss? Ex. Before I had my manifold I had my tru cam at 2 deg...

    Throttle response

I hear people saying that getting a bigger TB causes less throttle response, which makes sense. But, by adjusting the cam gear...wouldn't that fix the prob or do you need a bigger lift camshaft in order to not loose throttle response????
