'05 7th gen Honda Civic - oil leak, new cam belt???

But can it be common for a crankshaft oil seal to fail on such a low mileage car??? Or could it be due to the wrong oil used or some other human error or servicing neglect? I'm just wondering how this could happen.

'05 7th gen Honda Civic - oil leak, new cam belt???

My father in-law's '05 7th gen Civic with 50,000km on the clock yesterday started flashing the oil indicator light on the dash. Then it was discovered the oil was all leaking out onto the ground. The dipstick showed massive loss of oil even after topping up. The vehicle was then taken to...

'04 Accord V6 Luxury with Rims & Tyres off an '09 Accord V6 Luxury

Well...I only fitted these new rims not that long ago and a BUS hit the right rear end of the Accord and sideswiped it. The picture is too small and grainy to see extent of damage but there is also some damage to the right rear rim and bad scrape marks down the right rear side of the car. The...

'04 Accord V6 Luxury with Rims & Tyres off an '09 Accord V6 Luxury

Despite what you think there are other countries in the world apart from America. What the hell do you think this car is? Oh my!! It's an '09 Accord V6 Luxury with those same 17" rims!!!

'04 Accord V6 Luxury with Rims & Tyres off an '09 Accord V6 Luxury

It was time to change the balding tyres on the old man's '04 Accord V6 Luxury, so scored these virtually new rims and tyres off an '09 Accord V6 Luxury. This gives us new tyres with a nice size upgrade from 205 to 225 width, lower profile, and a rim upgrade from 16" to 17". Best of all it's...

    Experimenting with some LEDs

Fitted some little LEDs to the Coupe's number plate lights and front parkers. Quite a difference to the standard ol' yellow on the wife's CR-V's number plates lights! I am still waiting on some interior dome LEDs to arrive for both cars.

    A Quick Photoshoot This Morning

It was abit overcast (cloudy) this morning so photo lighting isn't the best...but here they are anyway...just some quick simple shots, nothing that special.

    put a couple goodies on!!!!!!!!!!

You all really think that looks better? I beg to differ. I much prefer how it was before. The black lip is too large for the car - look at how it overlaps the bottom of the fog light housing and front air dam. The black grille doesn't match the overall clean lines of the white paint and...

Two Hondas, a Porsche and a WRX cruisin

Overall...I kept up relatively well, but of course when they opened up the taps on the long uphill straights I got a little left behind (due to comparative lack of torque the other cars have). Kept up quite well on the twisties in the mountains though. But the bike owned us all!

Two Hondas, a Porsche and a WRX cruisin

Went on a cruise today with some friends who drive a Subaru WRX, Porsche Boxster and a Honda VFR800 bike. It was a very hot day today but still enjoyable and the high speed spirited driving thru the mountains was an adrenalin rush! ^^...
