i am going though some thing down here in FL. Your title is your proof. Call the DMV and tell them whats going on and they should give you numbers and lead you in the right direction. or just pay for the one time carfax use.

I'm still N/A but switched to a Del Sol and getting my time down to 1:41.892 clean lap. Finally starting to figure out some corners haha.I lose a lot of time at the braking section of the switchback.
