By logic, you wont be able to get it to tdc without the belt (i think) ...
i suggest not to touch the rocker arm and focus on the timing belt side and start from there.
for the stance, look and aesthetics in general.. its really up to your preference....
as for the camber, i have used a front camber kits from ebay then the bushings didnt last that long so i used the stock one and never had problems...

any ideas what are the things to be considered swaping my old drum brake for a 4lugs rear disk brake?
i wont be touching the front disk brake though...
im not sure if its good for a dd civic but the only thing im doing it is that its easier for me to change brake pads rather than those...
Id like to slammed it..but this is a daily driven civic...so it wouldn't work well on the roads with loads of speed-table and humps!:lol: right now its drop around 1.5in i guess..
