My 99 EX has the pressure switch on the dryer. Which is behind the driver's side headlight

I think it would work. Since you're pretty much "converting" the engine to an EX (D16y8) engine with no EGR or CVT, with a regular 4 speed auto tranny.

I thought the Si had reinforced lower control arms and shock forks because of the bigger sway bar.

what do you mean it blows like if it was in 1. Do all the speeds work? Or it is just not cold. The numbers are simply fan speed.
