with the console, the bottom part of the ashtray goes on top of that little lip. not under it like you have it. the bottom of the ash tray needs to be right at that open gap you have.

no its in the haynes manual. remove the radio and then disconnect the cables from the climate control and then there are some screws. alright well i guess that's what i'll be doing. thanks
