do you have the right firing order also when you put a new distributor you can throw out timing. just take out the three bolts that hold it and move the distributor slowly left or right while some one is crankin the car and bolt it up at the position it started if that was the case

what you can do is make a little hole and buy four corner signal bulbs and run the lights straight with a switch, intermediate lights, or heads lights and have the best of both worlds

i got a prob like that too when i shift from second to third . what i do is when i'm going to shift to third i press the cluch for normal change to neutral and pull the shift down to fourth a little and put it in third. it stops my grind and goes in perfect everytime . hope you find...
