well i got the distributor wired right and it works...... i got the car started )dribbled some gas into the intake manifold) sounds nice too then i replaced the fuel pump hoping to drive it.... but no bueno i get fuel up to the fuel filter and i belive coming out it just wont run........ any...

i have a distributor from a 95 civic it bolts to the engine in my 89 crx a15 but the plugs are different most of the wires match up so i decided to rewire itbut coming out of the 95 distributor there are 9 wires the 89 has 7 the extra wires on the 95 are bluew/green stripe blue with yellow...

so i have an engine and trans it out of a 95 civic that was manual..... i have an 89 crx that is automatic aside from the normal auto stick conversion will this engine and trans bolt easily into my cr if not what needs to be done? thanks

thank you guys ... it took me while but i figured the thing with the four wires had to be the ignitor now i teestes the negative conection on the coil and nothing agin while somone was turning the car over nothing is that bad ? should i just grab the whole distributor or only the coil and...

yup still needs a lot of working picking up an igintion coil and ignitor pack today possibly the whole distributor and a fuel pump hopefully that'll get her running for now but please tell me how she looks and what i might be missing thanks
