try duck tape and pull on the tape really hard

sounds like a alternator to me check ur charging system at a local auto parts store near u but it wouldnt click it would hum when giving it gas so try that b4 replacing ne thing they'll check the system for free for u

their has to be one unless u live in cali. cause its one of ur main componenets in hydrocarbons for emmissions control system
