Hey guys,
I just recently installed a wilwood 4 piston big brake kit on my 2000 Si.
after replacing the calipers/rotors i bled the system using a mac tools vacuum bleeder. It seemed to get all of the air out. yet when i push the brake pedal with the car running it feels spongy and goes down...
Push down on the pivot point on the wiper arm (where it bends when you flip them up)
do that a couple times, usually loosens up the splines.
and you have to make sure you are taking it off square to the splines
take it back to the shop that did it and make them fix it, you are a paying customer after all.
+1 for having a heat shield that rattles though. stupid bottoming out
I'm 6'4" and i fit fine in my stock seat with it a few clicks forward.
Now i have a spoon reclinable seat on a memory fab rail, the seat moves back until it touches the back seat now hahaha
the intake wont do much without a free flowing exhaust, it will just make the car sound cool.
if you are pulling in extra air, you have to be able to get rid of it too.
