Check oil level, check the screen inside the Vtec. Restart the ECU. just unplug it for afew moments and plug it back in. the oil was coming from the exhaust cam seal above the vtec solenoid. The white smoke was fuel flooding in the camber and coming out the intake. i fixed everything now. Em1's running like a dream/ XD

Update = turns out this whole time it was the dizzy module. the price i spent for the new coil, main relay, spark plugs and wires. could of saved me 300 dollar's. but i guess it was time to change all of the anyways. thanks again...

i changed all the belts,the crank pulley and bolt, also the cover. timings dead on and the dizzy is up to specs. i went through all data and check all the sensors, hoses and wires. tested about everything on the motor. im going to school and UTI and 4 of the teachers i ask have no clue....
