no need to run iridium plugs. Basically get the stock ngk plug with a step or 2 colder spark. Plug is $1.98 each then one step is 2.98 and two step is 3.98.

sounds like for some reason 3 of your your injectors done for. I would head down to your local junkyard and get some injectors. I've got a set of GSR's I'll get rid of.

I would get a walbro 255lph fuel pump in your tank, get rid of that pump under the hood and fmu and pick up some dsm 440cc injectors to replace the stock 240's and get a aem fuel pressure regulator and a tune assuming your car runs. any pics? car sounds like it's thrown together..

just get hondata and call it a day!

you dont need a "high flow" fuel rail. Stock is very sufficient. Only reason you would want/need another.. Fuel pressure sender can hook directly in an AEM considering stock you would run sender into fuel line or I guess you could tap into rail also(wouldn't suggest).

Numbers I want to keep between 440-500. Really don't want to stress my bottom end too much considering my stock sleeves. BTW pretty sure you won the skunk2 shift knob!
