My timing belt is loose and i'm trying to get my crankshaft pulley off and i cant because theres no tension on the belt how else can i get the crankshaft pulley off?

Alright well i just changed out my CFK Sensor and my Idle Air Control Valve, well once i got done with that my RPM's stay at 2,000 and drops to 1,500 and then back to 2,000, anyone know what this is? i will post a video to go with it. as soon as it uploads so you can see what im talking about.
