My car had an H22 in it prior to me buying it. Then it was swapped for a D16 or some size. I do not know which size it is so I am not sure what parts to buy. Is there a plate somewhere on the motor that will tell me the size?! I need quick responses

Yeah, there use to have an H22 in it before I bought it, but the motor blew and they needed a super quick, super super cheap replacement.

I have a D16Y7 motor in my '93 and I was looking to try and squeeze out a few more horses. And I had heard a "Mini Me" Swap was the way to go for a SOHC without swapping the entire motor, etc. Or should I just leave it alone and toss in a new cam and other basic bolt ons?
