bout a year ago i had the timing belt and water pump replaced after that ive had this bad ticking almost knocking noise in my engine it gets loud when i accelerate but dies down when the car is at an idle speed it is really annoying can anyone tell me what it could be and how to fix ti

]this is my 95 civic dx it has a coupe or hatch front bumper which doesnt fit right and the hood also doesnt fit right the interiro is pretty bad i work construction so it gets pretty dirty would like some feed back on ideas to fresehn up my ride
