My 98 Honda Civic appears to be getting stuck in gears between 30-40mph, it revs up to 3, and it never does that unless I'm accelerating to 70 or more, and it goes right back down, but now it stays stuck until I decelerate, and recelerate. Can someone tell ne whats wrong? Thanks so much!
