Well I called them and they wanted me to preload the coilovers again, so I went on ahead and preloaded them again. This time the ride got a little smoother, more driveable unlike before. Though the back still feels a little bouncy here and there I'll probably have to preload the back again.

yeahthe washer trick is nice, but I rather have a real adjustable rear camber... but one each's own i guess.

Save yourself the trouble and just install a camber kit front/back while your down there already installing the springs/coilovers. Some people say you dont need them... but I say just get them and get a adjustment/alignment when your done installing them it only runs like 60-80 bucks to get...

I just got done installing mines today... and took it out for a drive... I felt like I was on a tramapoline! before I installed them I looked over all four and they looked like they were already pre-loaded, so I emailed F2 and they said YES they are already pre-loaded and I should not...

hey guys I am just wondering what you guys would pick, a oem gsr shifter or a aftermarket short shifter? i've heard the gsr ones are pretty good and has pretty short throws, i am using a ls one atm.

You dont jump tooths when torque the flywheel... better check your timing belt to make sure it didnt lose a tooth lol.

Well... if you havent tooken the crank out at all than its already aligned... no need to worry about that. Just make sure your arrows on the cams are pointing up when your pulley reads TDC and make sure the belt is on good meaning check that tensioner that its not lose. If when your arrows on...

My WS hangs in the mid section... and a little on my resonator... I beleive it does that because of the way the 96-00 civic mid section rubber holder is designed. Unlike the 92-95 where they have TWO rubber holders to hold the midsection, we only have one :( awsome isnt it? lol But yeah...
