Check the Main Relay on passenger side behind the glove box. Its a common problem and I'm surprised that no one mentioned it. The main relay on ebay is between 20 -30 bucks and even cheaper if you can find it at a junkyard.

check your timming. Under the dash on the left near the hood release is the main relay when you turn the key to start the main relay should click three times and you should hear your fuel pump turn on. This happened to me too it would drive fine one minute then die the next.

If It doesn't prevent you from starting and it doesn't belong there anyway. Just tuck it under the dash with a zip tie. You don't know whats its for and why risk cutting the wrong wire.
