bled the system, the heat works fine though.. and i will check the mechanism tomorrow morning

the needle is sitting above the "C" it only goes to the midway point after I let it sit, but as soon as I start to drive it goes back down, I checked the fluid and pads, both good.

Didn't know that, I don't think their is in the hatch because i've taken the glove box out so many times, i'm sure i would of seen it and looked at it, unless it's behind the A/C blower motor housing..

syncromesh is the best to use, you could you a thicker rating motor oil during the winter if you had a trans that made weird grinding noise also, well depending on what year, i know my 91 hatch can take motor oil if i wanted.

So here's what's happening with my hatch, the e-brake light is on all the time..idk why at all. ok it only turns off when my temp gauge goes to where it's supposed to be (slightly below the thermometer) and the temp gauge is always siting above "C" unless I let it sit for like 10 mintues, but...

hmm, I have this problem too I already cleaned my throttle body spotless so hopefully you don't have to go searching for different solutions

are you getting any bucking problem? like sometimes it'll idle at a certain RPM then others it'll idle at another?
