Standard would give you best mileage because you could control the rpms easier. I have a 4dr LX with a D16 in it, has under 200,000 kilometers on it and I average 300-340 miles (500-550km) on a full tank and then top it off with $40.

Well thanks for the tips but I had to get it done ASAP and with no major stores around except Canadian Tire I just bought a $45 Cherry Bomb Turbo muffler. Sounds pretty good actually, not ricey like the glasspacks and will do the job. Didn't want to put anything too crazy on it cause cops...

I'd say fix the hail damage on the hood before painting for sure. But definitely red.... a classic Honda colour.
