I have not done anything in that area... I might just take to my mechanic so he can further diagnose the problem in hopes of narrowing it down to fuel pump sending unit.. Thanks fellas!!!

Okay, so I've been having an issue with gas lately. The smell in the cabin is very strong at times. I did research and decided to pull out the back seat and viola! I found my problem, so I think. There was gas all over the top of the tank or fuel pump sending unit. Now i'm guessing the issue is...
